These Terms of Service govern your use of Lumora, a puzzle game for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro. By downloading or using Lumora, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Lumora for your own non-commercial enjoyment on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Purchases
Lumora is free to start, with the first 20 levels available at no cost. A single one-time purchase unlocks all 100 levels, eye and face control, and full Daily Glow. There is no subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies; please contact Apple for any billing or refund requests.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the purchase or unlock mechanisms of Lumora, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Intellectual property
Lumora, including its name, artwork, level designs, sounds, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership of the app or its content to you.
Disclaimer
Lumora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Lumora.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of Lumora after changes means you accept the revised terms.
